I know you get tired of hearing it over and over but for all of you procrastinators, the time is now to plan your year end Tax Savings!!!



Sales Taxes have always been deductible for businesses, but 2005 phases out a provision allowing individuals to deduct sales tax on large purchases in lieu of taking deductions for state and local income tax. If you live in a state with no or low income tax, like Tennessee, you may want to take advantage of this provision before it disappears. For instance, if you're considering buying a car for personal use, talk to your tax advisor to see if you benefit by buying before December 31.



So if you are in the market for a car or truck or SUV, buying it by December 31 could make tax sense and save you some big time money.
