For the past eight years this White House has joined "BIG OIL" and the oil producing nations in working in concert to keep gasoline prices at an inflated rate.
Did you notice that in November American motorist got a break because the Republicans were trying to save themselves from losing control of both houses. They did lose...and now Bush has pulled the price trigger again at the pump!
Watch For President Bush To Back Away From His Stance On Corrupting and Polluting The Earth's Enviromet. As He Comes To The End Of His Time In The White House He Will Attempt To Paint Himself Green. He Has Done Nothing To Stop The Corruption Of The Enviroment, He Has Infact...Promoted It!
Sorry folks!

Chrysler's Sad State
It didn't have to be like this for a great American Auto Manufacture like Chrysler.
Selling Chrysler to the Germans was a big mistake.
So Sad!
Listen to my April 1 Car Concerns on Nashville's Clear Channel WLAC(streamed: wlac.com). As a former Chrysler Dealer and winner of the Penastar Award, I have plenty to say.
I am making a push to obtain a seat on the DaimlerChrysler Board of Directors. I feel that what Chrysler needs is this, rid of German thinking and real Car Men and Women.
If you've never sold a vehicle to a retail automotive consumer how can you really know what the Car Business is all about.
Everyone working for Chrysler at the Auburn Hills Headquarters, raise your hand if you have ever sold a Chrysler product to one of your customers!
Yes, we sell automobiles, but we sell those automobile to real breathing, thinking, human beings.

Ford's Comback Still Sputtering
Ford just doesn't get it...you have to manufacture a product that the retail automotive consumer craves and wants to drive.
Ford has the most boring line-up of vehicles across the board and the auto consumer says, "NO" to them.
Start over Ford, that's what my listeners on my radio talk show, Car Concerns, have to say.

Closed Auto Trial Sought
We'll me and Al Gore see eye-to-eye on this Global Warming thing.
I spent twenty plus years as an award winning new car dealer for three manufactures.
I can see it in my mind, one morning a mother gets in her mini-van to run the kids to school, she fire her combustion engine up and that's it! It's all over! That was all Mother Earth could handle. She could clean our mess up no more.
I can clearly understand why the auto makers do not want the public to know the going on's in the Court over tail pipe emissions.
I love automobile's like a smoker love's his/her cigarettes. The fact is they are both killing us.
Put that in your tail pipe and smoke it!

G.M. is on track for a turn-around if their accounting is also on track and not a case of fraud.

Chrysler...Ford?
Lutz's comments are partly correct. One big question that lingers, is Ford still a player in the world market?
Only the future will tell.
As for myself, I don't think so. Poor management and lack-luster products have took their toll.

Ford Forward?
Mulally is out of his element and it shows. When will Detroit get it? It takes a Car Man To fix a Car Company.
Ford has borrowed all of this money, why? The Ford family has plenty of cash.
These loans will bury Ford in this retail automotive consumer climate.
You visit a Ford dealership and you can just feel the doom and gloom that is like a sickness within.
In order to sell vehicles you have to manufacture products that excite the consumer. Car and trucks that make the consumer want. Ford does not have this product line to date. Toyota has stole the big truck market from both Ford and Chevrolet with their new half ton Tundra V-8.
I have covered two of Toyota's "Prove It Tour" events and I can tell you that the consumer response to this new Toyota Tundra is tremendous.
On my radio talk show, Car Concerns, I have declared the Toyota Tundra the 2007 Truck of The Year. Drive it and tell me I am wrong. Compare it to the competition and see for yourself.
Open your eyes Ford, hire a Car Person.

Chrysler Comeback Plan
Plain and Simple...Chrysler was on a roll this time last year. 'The Darling Of Detroit" if you will.
Then the PR nightmare, featuring CEO Dieter Zetsche, Dr.Z, in those National TV ads. Putting the German Factor right in front of the ever shrinking American Retail Automotive Consumer.
Mistake...Big Mistake!
Callers into my radio talk show, Car Concerns, agree with me 10 to 2.

Toyota Strong Earnings
Toyota continues to grow stronger and stronger. How, by building the superior automobile. It's hard to beat great!
Toyota's earnings prove that there is no depression or recession in the auto industry. It just proves that more motorist are purchasing Toyota's with their transportation dollars. The retail automotive consumer wants quality built product and these numbers prove that this is what is taking place in the automotive retail world.
The subject of Toyota is always a "HOT TOPIC" on my radio talk show "CAR CONCERNS" that airs on Clear Channels WLAC (wlac.com) in Nashville on Music Row and from the Horne Radio Studio's in beautiful West Knox County.

Crux_of_the_problem
As a former award winning New Car Dealer with two major automobile manufactures I now talk with them in ways that I never could as an active dealer.
I now do a very popular radio talk show and I am very amazed at how often I now find myself on business visits to Detroit.
I have spoken and they have listened. Watch for Chrysler and General Motors to make positive, major moves into the Spring Selling Season.
I could not get through to Ford. New Boss...in his own little World out there. If I was a betting man I'd say that they are toast.
Good Luck!

Bean_counting_at_GM
After interviewing several Ford and G. M. Executives at both the Detroit and Chicago Auto Shows this winter for my radio talk show, Car Concerns, I got the feeling that they have accepted their fate. Although they all projected a positive message I could detect the edge of doom in their tones.
I even went as far as suggesting to one high up Executive that his company join me in a campaign to urge my listeners, "To Shop American, Drive American, Be American."
Well, this company stole my words and did eventually run the campaign but it was unsuccessful because of the way that they presented it.
I even had another executive tell me that he didn't thing much of the idea because he would be afraid that it would make the Japanese mad.
That floored me. The Japanese are scaling the towers of Ford And General Motors for the take over and these guys are afraid of upsetting the competition.
There was no fight in their voice...just the acceptance of defeat.
Needless to say I dropped the campaign on Car Concerns even though it presented some of the most controversial shows of the season. The debates were heated to say the least.
If the big wigs of General Motors and Ford don't care about the survival of their corporations then why should I.
I no longer go out of my way to defend the American Automobile Manufactures because they have accepted the facts that they just can't compete.

Ford Reality Show
Following auto designers around will prove to be boring real quick.
If you want a hit, do the show on those stupid idiots in the Executive offices of the Ford Motor Company as the sit there doing nothing and collecting their bonus checks while Toyota is scalling the walls for a take-over.
I will be talking about this on my radio talk show Car Concerns this Saturday & Sunday.
